We are introducing new monthly workshops to our timetable there will be all sorts of things from First Aid Courses, Core Sessions and a Foam Roller Class!
Bringing you a new and exciting workshop for February ... ''Kettlebells, Resistance Bands and Foam Rollers''.
We bet you have loads of bits of fitness kit laying around your house - resistance bands, kettlebells, yoga mats, foam rollers - and more!
So we have put together a 2 hour workshop to show you how to use them! Come armed with pen and paper to learn those key moves that you can carry on practising at home.
Bring yourself and your foam roller. Kettlebells, resistance bands and mats provided. If you prefer to bring all your own equipment then that's fine with us!
Babies and tots welcome - as always! Playmat, toys and stories included! We know that you will spend time feeding, changing and entertaining during this time - don't worry as the idea is you leave with lots of ideas and techniques as well as trying them out!
40 mins - kettlebells
30 mins - resistance bands
40 mins - foam rollers
Wednesday 27th February at 10am - 12 noon, at Wootton Community Centre, in F3 - use the side entrance! £20 per person, book on via the online booking.

Pilates Class, suitable for all - Monday 8pm, The Manor Prep School, OX13 6LN. Pre and postnatal women, previous clients, your mum, neighbour of friend. Bring them along for a child free class!
