We have the largest range of exercise and movement classes for pre and postnatal women. Taught by absolute specialists, and some more training on top ... they are experts in their fields but what makes us fantastic is that we work as a team. You try out Yoga, love it but it’s not enough cardio .... then Jenny will talk to Monica and you go and give Bootcamp a go... and Monica already knows who you are!!
Give something a try, get moving, be active, become a positive role model for your child, release endorphins, feel great about yourself, meet other mums ... but overall – just feel amazing during and after your session!
For all of my postnatal classes I do an ‘ab check’ for diastasis recti and ensure that the girls are working at the correct level and progressing.
