Want to get sweaty, but have a giggle and keep the kids entertained all at the same time?! Get a bit bored of doing the same exercises and want to mix it up and throw in some new moves? Then bootcamp is a real must for you.
A 60 minute class based on a warm up, followed by cardio and team games, circuit stations for cardio, toning plus abs and pelvic floor – all planned out specifically for postnatal women who want to get back into exercise in a safe way.
Think a few press ups, kettlebells, medicine balls followed by a game of ‘cat and mouse’ or our famous ‘peg game’ but with a lovely mix of flexibility, core exercises and pelvic floor. We aim to get sweaty, but at a rate that’s right for you!
Add in some great music and a group of friendly mums all looking to find more coffee buddies and you are onto a winner!

For all of my postnatal classes I do an ‘ab check’ for diastasis recti and ensure that the girls are working at the correct level and progressing.
