Dropped the kids into school, feeling like you have already done a full day’s work just delivering them to the correct room, with the right kit and an explanation of pick up plans! Well don’t head home to the washing, take some time for you! This is the easiest class to fit into your schedule as you drop the kids off and then we appear on the school field with a session planned out!
Outdoor bootcamp fun, with your school-run mates, and you may well be doing a spot of running with them too! Think team games, body weight exercises and a range of kit to get a sweat on. Then a full set of toning and conditioning exercises to finish you off! Suitable for absolutely anyone who wants to inspire their little people, no matter how non existent the reality of your exercise plans have been. We are here to help you gain confidence - no shouting here, just lots of giggles, smiles and maybe a little splattering of mud! And yes you can absolutely bring younger children with you!
