If you are short of time and want a full body workout in less than 60 minutes then this is a great all rounder! A postnatal specific recovery class, tailored to suit women who have reached their 6/8 week GP check. Bring your baby with you, lay them down on a mat beside you and keep them entertained with all your movements!
We start with a light warm up, get a bit ‘glowy’ and then move onto the good stuff! So lots of abdominal exercises – standing mainly to aid posture and alignment, back strengthening and pelvic floor. Plus we bring the resistance bands and mix it up with toning and stretches too. You will feel great both during and afterwards ..... leaving all bright eyed and bushy tailed!
A great class, designed to help you ‘springback’ so you feel a little more like you again, meet new mums and go for a coffee afterwards!
